1. Product Profile of NMQ stainless steel magnetic pump

ZCQ series self-priming magnetic drive pump, commonly known as "nitric acid acid discharge pump", "leak-free acid discharge pump" and "nitric acid pump". The pump is a perfect combination of self-priming pump and magnetic pump. With magnetic coupling transmission, there is no dynamic sealing point. Therefore, it can not only completely eliminate the phenomenon of running, running, dropping and leaking, but also has good self-priming function. Its over-current components adopt corrosion resistance.

2. Working conditions

ZCQ series self-priming pump is a new type of fluoroplastic corrosion-resistant pump specially designed according to the requirements of users. Its prominent advantage is that it has self-priming function, adopts the external circulation self-priming structure, and has strong self-priming ability and short time. In addition to filling the pump with liquid before the first start-up, the normal operation can be achieved by self-priming after frequent start-up.

The pump has novel structure and reliable performance. It is more convenient to install and operate than non-self-priming pump by using external and self-adjusting mechanical seals. The self-priming height can be selected within 1 to 3 meters according to the user's needs.

3. Product use

This type of pump is widely used in medicine, food, alkali making, printing and dyeing, painting and other industries, as well as inflammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, organic solvents and precious liquid transportation.
